Return & Refund Policy – Willifly

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and unaltered—with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for items purchased during a sale or clearance event, unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories (if applicable).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused by the customer.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Step 1: Email us at srisathyasayigarments@gmail.com with your order number, a clear reason for the return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  • Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. The Refund Process

  • Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a refund via UPI or bank transfer after verifying your account details.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and the packaging in your email.
  • Resolution: We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not support direct product exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item according to our policy and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Timing: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After 12 hours: After this period, the order will be processed and prepared for shipping, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.
